I am currently offering both in person and virtual sessions.

Discovery Calls

I offer a free 20 minute discovery call to explore the possibility of working together. This provides an opportunity to share a bit about what you're looking to explore in our sessions, and to clarify goals and intentions.

Holistic Psychotherapy for Women & Teen Girls

I offer therapy as an opportunity for self discovery, healing and awakening. Psycho-spiritual inquiry is at the essence of my work with clients. I work best with those interested in exploring the depth of the human experience - which can at times feel uncomfortable. I believe that our edge of discomfort is where our greatest potential lies. I am here to offer compassionate and loving guidance in a safe, grounded container to explore these depths.

I believe that our bodies hold our deepest wisdom. I support clients in deepening somatic awareness, discovering tools for nervous system regulation and trauma processing. When we incorporate the body, we arrive into a more empowered, connected and integrated way of being.

I am passionate about supporting women and teen girls in discovering their most authentic self, awakening to their truest expression and learning how to integrate this in their lives.

My Master's degree is in Clinical Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, with a Concentration in Somatics. I hold much gratitude and reverence for my teachers and mentors who continue to inspire my work with clients: Stephanie Nosco, Dr. Arielle Schwartz, Dr. Laurel Parnell and spiritual teacher Tara Brach.
