I offer an initial free 15 minute phone consultation, prior to scheduling a first session. This provides an opportunity to share a bit about what you're looking to explore in therapy, and to ask questions about the therapy process.
To schedule a phone consult, you can leave a message on my confidential voicemail (415) 534-5916, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Psychotherapy for Individuals & Couples
I see therapy as an opportunity for self discovery, healing and a safe space to move towards our growing edges. My approach is mindfulness based and collaborative. Together we can explore the narratives and relational patterns that may be getting in the way of our personal growth, greater fulfillment in life and intimacy with others. Psycho-spiritual inquiry is at the essence of my work with clients.
I believe that our somatic (body) experience holds our deepest wisdom. By finding integration of our physical, emotional and mental experience, we arrive into a more empowered and embodied sense of being.
I am passionate about supporting women and girls in discovering their authentic self and finding empowerment through the process.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with several years of experience working with individuals, couples and teens. My Master's degree is in Clinical Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, with a Concentration in Somatics. I hold much gratitude and reverance for my teachers and mentors who continue to inspire my work with clients: Riyaz Motan, John Prendergast, Laurel Parnell and Lacy Phillips.
I am trained in Attachment-Focused EMDR Levels I & II with Dr. Laurel Parnell
